Principal Dentist: Mr Jatinder Dhadli
BDS (University of Birmingham 2004) MJDF (RCS England)
GDC number 83924
Jatinder was born in Derby and went to school at Noel Baker Community School in Alvaston and then later Landau Forte College. From there he went on to study dentistry at the University of Birmingham, qualifying in 2004.
Jatinder absolutely loves dentistry and has been on lots of dental courses since qualifying as a dentist. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with a particular interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry – including orthodontic treatment (braces) for adults.
He is very good with nervous patients who need that extra bit of time and care, with many of his previous patients following him from past dental practices he has worked at.
Despite his age, passion for dentistry and having 2 young daughters at home, Jatinder still dreams of playing football for a living but for now is content playing 5 a side with friends!
In 2016 he completed his MJDF examinations becoming a Member of the Joint Dental Faculties, awarded by The Royal College of Surgeons of England. He is a member of the British Dental Association and is part way through a post-graduate certificate in Dental Education at the University of Bedfordshire.
Dentist: Ms Randeep Gill
BDS (Hons) (University of Liverpool 2008) MFDS (RCS Edinburgh)
GDC number 149818
Randeep grew up in Burton Upon Trent and attended The De Ferrers Academy before studying dentistry at the University of Liverpool, eventually graduating with Honours in 2008.

From there, Randeep worked for several years at an NHS practice in Derby building up a large list of patients, many of whom have followed her over to Hilton Dental Care.
Despite being on maternity leave during 2016 (she now has 2 little ones at home) whilst the practice was being set up she played an important part in the development and training of our team, regularly popping in to carry out administrative work (and catching up with the team over a coffee!).
Randeep loves working within dentistry, mainly because she loves helping people smile. She has a particular interest in treating children and nervous patients. She has attended several courses since graduating, including ones on restorative dentistry and Botox/Dermal Fillers.
Randeep returned to clinical work on a part-time basis in 2017 and is available for any advice or concerns you may have. Please call or email the practice should you wish to contact her.

Abbie has a very caring personality, and is great when dealing with patients on a one-to-one basis as well as offering support to others at the practice. Abbie is passionate about her job and consistently goes above and beyond for our patients. She has recently embarked on the dental nursing course to officially gain her qualifications and as such will be busy with this for the next year or so.

Clinical Dental Technician
RDTCDT RcS (Eng)
GDC number 128796
Richard is our clinical dental technician and works directly with our patients who require dentures at the practice. There are several stages involved when making dentures for patients to ensure the very best look and fit, which involve treatment with the dentist at the surgery and then further work on the dentures by a dental technician working at a dental laboratory.
Our patients have the facility to undergo treatment directly with Richard at the practice, and generally this can mean a denture of better quality and fit, as well as a reduction in some of the common problems people experience wearing dentures can face. It also means the person actually making your denture can see what they look and feel like in your mouth, whilst it is being constructed and eventually fitted.
Richard is a trained and qualified clinical dental technician and trained at the Central College in Nottingham earning a Diploma in Dental Technology. After working and running his own successful prosthetic dental laboratory in Melbourne, Derby, Richard graduated from the KSS Deanery in London and the Royal College of Surgeons of England earning a Diploma in Clinical Dental Technology.
Richard is married and enjoys martial arts – having 2 black belts in both karate and kickboxing and currently works Thursday mornings with us.
Our dental professionals are registered with the General Dental Council (GDC). For more information please visit www.gdc-uk.org
